Class Descriptions

Tumbling | Small 

1 hour class | 5:1 ratio

For any athlete trying to work on learning and upgrading tumbling skills, intermediate or advanced.

Advanced Tumbling | Large

1 hour class | 6:1 ratio

​

For athletes with a round-off back handspring tuck looking to upgrade to layouts and fulls.

Dance Acro Class

1 hour class | 8:1 ratio

​

For all dancers looking to learn Acro, tumbling skills, or any movements regarding Poms and dance.

Jump/Conditioning Class

1 hour class | 10:1 ratio

​

Athletes looking to focus on strength building within functional, repetitive movements. Athletes will learn proper technique to perform at their peak level. The conditioning workouts will consist of short burst of energy followed by intervals of rest.

Cheer Basics Class

1 hour class | 8:1 ratio

For athletes new to cheerleading and looking to learn how to apply their skills to the All-Star world.  Your athlete will learn what skills are needed to make a team, as well as how to execute these skills with proper cheer technique.  This class focuses on jumps, motions, and tumbling combined.

Strength/Conditioning

1 hour class | 10:1 ratio

Tailored for any athlete looking for an approach to wellness, our class combines dynamic strength exercises, agility drills, and high-intensity intervals to elevate your cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning. Each session offers a perfect blend of challenge and motivation. Whether you're aiming to boost your stamina, increase strength, enhance flexibility, or simply revitalize your fitness routine, our Strength and Conditioning Class is your path to success!

Flyer Stretch Class

1 hour class | 10:1 ratio

This class will provide foundational movements and positions for flyers flexibility. Moving flyers through the correct body positions that will enhance their ability to perform during practice and routines. 

Flyer Stunting

1 hour class | 5:1 ratio

Designed for Flyers of all levels, this exciting class focuses on learning/refining your flying skills and taking your stunts to awe-inspiring heights. Athletes will work on skills such as half's, extensions, full ups, libs, etc... Whether you're a beginner looking to soar for the first time or an advanced flyer aiming to perfect your technique, our class offers a supportive and dynamic environment for growth.
